Where does the list begin?  With Utah’s carpetbagger from Massachusetts, Mitt Romney; the warmongering shill of a foreign country, John Bolton; the rabid partisan Nancy Pelosi; the always-despicable “Tweedledee and Tweedledum” of American politics, Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler, who are the heirs of Joe McCarthy; . . . and of course with the un-American racist and anti-Semite Barack Obama, who must spend the rest of his life in prison for treason, at the very least—or no American should believe in the rule of law anymore.[2] 

The impeachment of our great President Donald Trump has ended, for now.  He was acquitted yesterday, but Pelosi made it crystal clear that his impeachment “will last forever,” and that it will go on and on until he leaves the presidency.[3]  And she must be taken at her word.   After all, she tore up the President’s State of the Union speech in front of the nation, right after he delivered it.  A more brazen and classless act—and moment—in American history escapes this writer.

The Congressional Democrats are ruthless trailer trash.  After all, the American criminal Robert Mueller came after Trump with a pack of totally-partisan prosecutors bent on destroying this presidency, and they came up with nothing.  A big fat Z-E-R-O.  If they had anything at all, after spending more than $14 million, surely they would have used it.  Then, along came Pelosi, Schiff and Nadler, who produced nothing too.  Instead of investigating the actual criminality of the Clintons, Obama, Joe Biden and his son Hunter, and so many others, they targeted Trump like Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan had been targeted previously.

Clearly, the Democratic Party and America’s far-Left must be decimated, never to rise again.[4]  And yes, lots of us began as Democrats, but will never vote for one in the future.  Again, the Democrats’ attempted coup has been in the works for at least three years.  It has been and continues to be the goal of the thoroughly-evil Democrats to reverse the election results of 2016.  This is treason, punishable by death.[5]  Nancy Pelosi was correct and refreshingly candid when she admitted that impeachment in one form or another will never stop.  This tells us all that we need to know . . . and where to go from here.

MITT ROMNEY’S SIN

Mitt Romney is a coward who is deceitful, vindictive, and a spiteful man who hates President Trump. Mitt holds “personal” grudges. No true professional lets his emotions interfere with his job. This issue has clouded his judgement. His hate has blinded him. The honorable thing for Mitt to do at this juncture Is Quit (resign). I am betting He won’t voluntarily recant nor repent.

My guess is The Lord will pressure him with many sleepless nights until he finally admits his fault. Then and only then can true healing occur. Its always a personal choice: the easy way or the hard way. The hard way is truly a “hard roe to hoe”.

Many conservative Utah Mormons don’t respect Mitt Romney, the man. So, its up to the good Republicans of Utah to remove him, either by recall or in the next reelection. Either way, Mitt is forever a blemish upon the Good People of the State of Utah. The sooner he retires and becomes a private citizen, the better for all Republicans.

In all of my years in politics, I have never seen a prominent politician—much less a former presidential candidate—destroy himself like Romney has, unless it might have been John McCain.

Romney’s lovely wife Ann should have reined him in by now. He is almost universally hated, which is sad.

Actually, I think it goes deeper than that. The deep state actually uses the dems for their dirty work. While the establishment made Mitt their candidate to burr into President Trump for taking away much of their former power.

Mitt on the other hand, acts like he did during his 2012 election vs Obama, representing the establishment’s yield to an Obama Presidency. As many issues could had easily sunk Obama but, the establishment caused Romney to bite his tongue over Obama’s lawlessness.

That’s if you want to try to make sense of an unqualified incumbent getting reelected? Unqualified with gun smuggling among other illegal impeachable activities. Now comes Trump, actually following the laws of this land and those same people or slugs in society want to impeach him for it.

Scorched Earth Must Begin Now!

Here is the latest. Harper Neidig has written for The Hill:

A federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., threw out a lawsuit accusing President Trump of illegally profiting off his private businesses while in office, ruling that the Democratic lawmakers who brought the suit lack legal standing.

A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday did not rule on whether the president was violating the Constitution by profiting off foreign governments’ spending at his hotels. The judges unanimously said in a brief 12-page decision that the dispute centering around the Constitution’s emoluments clauses has no place in the court system.

“The Members can, and likely will, continue to use their weighty voices to make their case to the American people, their colleagues in the Congress and the President himself, all of whom are free to engage that argument as they see fit,” the judges wrote. “But we will not—indeed we cannot—participate in this debate.”

Two of the three judges were appointed by Republican presidents and the other by a Democrat.

The decision is a major win for Trump, who unlike every recent president, has refused to relinquish control over his business assets by placing them in a blind trust. And it comes just two days after the president’s acquittal in his three-week long impeachment trial over accusations that he had sought help from the Ukrainian government in investigating former Vice President Joe Biden, a potential rival in the 2020 presidential race.

Trump learned of the decision just before speaking with reporters at the White House Friday morning as he prepared to leave for a speech in North Carolina.

“It just came out a few minutes ago, so I’ll be reading it on the helicopter but it was a total win,” he said. “It was another phony case and we won it three to nothing. We won it unanimously.”

Trump later touted the decision in a tweet, writing “Another win just in. Nervous Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in Congress sued me, thrown out. This one unanimous, in the D.C. Circuit. Witch Hunt!”

It’s unclear at the moment whether the Democratic lawmakers will appeal the decision.

“The Framers included the Foreign Emoluments Clause in the Constitution as the Constitution’s chief bulwark against the foreign corruption of America’s leaders, and for more than half of his term, President Trump has been violating this critical anti-corruption provision, accepting benefits from foreign governments without first obtaining Congress’s affirmative consent,” said Elizabeth Wydra, the president of the Constitutional Accountability Center, who is representing the Democrats in the case, in a statement.

“While we are disappointed in the panel’s decision and are in active discussions with our clients as they consider their next steps, it is important to recognize that today’s ruling is not a decision on the merits. The Court of Appeals did not in any way approve of President Trump’s repeated and flagrant violations of the Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause,” Wydra added.

The case was brought in 2017 by more than 200 Democratic senators and House members who alleged that Trump’s business holdings violated the Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause, which prohibits federal officials from receiving gifts from foreign countries. The provision says that “no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under [the United States], shall, without the Consent of Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

The lawsuit argued that foreign diplomats’ patronage of the president’s hotels opens Trump up to the kind of foreign influence that the framers had sought to avoid, and that the president had not consulted Congress on his business dealings.

The unanimous D.C. Circuit panel said in its decision that the members lacked standing because they did not comprise a majority of either the Senate or House when they filed the lawsuit and therefore did not represent either chamber.

A decision is also expected from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in a similar lawsuit brought by the Democratic attorneys general for D.C. and Maryland. And the Second Circuit last year revived another emoluments case against the president brought by the liberal group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.

The lawsuits are among the only instances in the nation’s history where federal judges have been asked to grapple with the obscure constitutional provisions.

The Justice Department, which is representing the president in the cases, has been arguing that the clauses should be interpreted narrowly, that they don’t prohibit the kind of normal transactions at businesses like Trump’s even when the customers are foreign officials. The administration has also argued that Congress cannot seek to enforce the clauses in the courts, but must use the legislative tools at its disposal.

The Justice Department has employed that argument frequently in its many disputes with House Democrats playing out in the courts. In March, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a pair of cases involving congressional subpoenas for Trump’s personal financial records.

The D.C. Circuit is also expected to deliver a decision regarding the validity of a House subpoena issued for former White House counsel Don McGahn seeking his testimony in the impeachment inquiry.

Trump wins again.

However, now efforts must begin to decimate (1) Barack Obama who is responsible for all of the efforts to destroy the candidacy and then the presidency of Donald Trump, which is treason; (2) Nancy Pelosi; (3) Mitt Romney; and (4) the Congressional Democrats.

It must be a “scorched earth” effort, taking no prisoners!

This is perhaps the worst and most pathetic group of Democratic presidential candidates since George McGovern and Mike Dukakis. It is the “sick, lame and the lazy.”

And as I have said many times, lots of us began as Democrats, but will never vote for one again. This is doubly true of the present batch of “retards.”

I agree with Tim, what a bunch of losers on the Democratic side. No chance to win nationally, but may gloat about winning the Lefty States of New York and California ( Actually whole “Left Coast”). In fact, the Democratic Party may actually split between the Marxists on the Left like AOC and Omar and the traditional Liberal Democrats. They are in long term decline. Still, they make lots of “noise”, fooling the gullible who still vote for their brand of nothingness.

Republicans and conservatives are the ones who have been leaving California in the greatest numbers for greener pastures. Liberals actually move TO California from Mass. or New York. Once they retire or their kids are grown-up, there is little to hold them in California. The voters who remain are the one’s who have not matured politically and probably never will.

In fact, I read recently that 90% of those moving to the State of Idaho are Republicans. Like minded people find each other as “birds of a feather flock together”. California is dominated by Liberal residents with plenty of idiot voters, no-nothings, busybodies, and Hollywood Celebrities.

Both San Francisco and LA are deteriorating; and I am very surprised that conventions go to San Francisco anymore. It is a once-great city that should be boycotted.
