The American Left And Its Eco-Nazis Are Certifiably Crazy

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

Man-made “global warming” is a hoax that has been perpetrated globally by America’s Left and eco-Nazis.  Our planet has gone through warming and cooling cycles for millions of years, which will continue after each of us and our offspring are long gone.[2]

Pollution is a separate issue, which is being ignored by the Left and its self-anointed leaders.  They continue to pollute, and do nothing about the pollution in our oceans and space, or about the world’s two biggest polluters, India and China.[3]

The Left’s—aka eco-Nazis’—latest perverted brainchild is to ban gasoline- and diesel-powered vehicles completely, even though under President Donald Trump we were essentially energy independent and self-sufficient, and able to draw on America’s vast natural resources to satisfy our needs.[4]

Joe Biden and his ilk would rather import oil from our enemies, and feed their war machines.  Why not ban electric vehicles, and dispense with the politicians in Washington, D.C., Sacramento and elsewhere who push for their supremacy?

You may have seen the recent news story regarding a father buying an older, used Ford EV for his daughter. He paid $11,000 for it, but, within a year, the batteries needed replacement. The cost? $14,000! Few people consider that if they own their EV long enough, their batteries will eventually be in need of replacement. I’ve had some serious repair bills in my life, but nothing even remotely close to $14,000.

What’s your opinion as to why they are pushing this? Is it all about Globalist control, which I suspect, or, is it something else?

Thank you, Ray, for your comments as always.

The Left aka eco-Nazis are wedded to the notion that green is their mantra or religion, and everything else is obscene. It’s an article of faith for them. And yes, they have Europe marching to that tune, and have “infected” the USA too.

They ignore the fact that wind turbines kill Eagles and other birds; and they are eyesore when the tax credits run out and they sit idle. And they ignore the practical considerations that you have highlighted, and the task of disposing of batteries safely.

Years ago, I splurged and bought a new Mercedes Diesel, which I babied. One day, the transmission went out and it cost me $5,000. I had a VW Westfalia Vanagon too, which I loved. But it was extravagant to have two cars, so I got rid of it before my Mercedes “disaster.” I should have kept the VW and dumped the Mercedes.

Today, the shortage of chips and other parts have been affecting auto sales. If China moves on Taiwan — the largest chip maker in the world — or rather when that happens, we may be hurting badly, like nothing we have seen before.

Lastly, I have a dear friend from college; and when we were at a reunion, I met his wife for the first time. She was very gracious until the subject of Donald Trump came up. Then, her eyes glazed over; and she treated me as if I could have been the Devil incarnate.

As a commercial fisherman for the last fifty years, I have been under the continuous wrath of the Eco-Nazis. They will stop at nothing to advance their agenda where lies, distortions, and half truths are second nature. You see, it’s all part of a bigger plan hidden behind the false narrative of “to save the Earth”. In reality, it’s a plan to destroy the power of the United States and it’s sovereignty by ruining one of it’s greatest strengths ie. natural resource extraction and food production. They desire to make us dependent on other nations for our food and materials in their quest for a “New World Order” of which the “Great Reset” is the framework to get all of the nations all on the same level, to be ruled by a select few as overlords with unlimited power.

Thank you, Willy, for your comments.

My parents were born and raised in Minneapolis, where they met in grade school. Years later, they came to California, where I was born and raised.

But my father had a love of fishing, which he instilled in me. During summers as a kid, we would visit his parents and sisters in Minneapolis, and go fishing in Northern Minnesota.

Years later, to escape the summer heat in Washington DC, my kids and I traveled the wonderful Chesapeake Bay from Annapolis; and we fished and explored its islands, such as Smith and Tangier Islands.

After that, to escape the WDC’s brutal winters, we started going to the Florida Keys, and fishing offshore. Then, we began competing in Marlin tournaments in the beautiful Bahamas, and fishing as far north as Walker’s Cay, the northernmost island in the Abacos that was effectively destroyed by a hurricane years later.

I am sure today’s rules must vex you. This is to be contrasted with Soviet fishing boats that use to prowl the Bahamas, and catch everything alive, and do their canning on board. I found their garbage onshore at Great Guana Cay, when I walked its then-pristine shores.

Hang in there, and don’t give up. 😊
