There was a time when the “Drudge Report” was worth visiting, but not anymore. Its founder Matt Drudge is a phantom who may be long gone[2]; and the news-amalgamating website is no longer even remotely fair and balanced.
It is just another totally-biased, anti-Trump, far-Left website that isn’t worth visiting—like CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times and Washington Post.[3] Worse than pure unadulterated “drudgery,” the website has become an abomination, and an aggregator of far-Left news that isn’t fit to print.

I followed the Drudge Report going way back to the very beginning of the Clinton/Lewinsky scandal. Back then, Drudge received insider information, which he published, while portraying himself as an honest citizen journalist that was only interested in publishing the truth. Drudge was also a close personal friend of Ann Coulter. In 2016, both were enthusiastic supporters of Trump.
Then, something changed. Prior to the 2020 election, both Coulter and Drudge turned on Trump. As to why they did that is open to speculation. Perhaps they were both puppets in the first place, building a reputation based on their conservative persona as a means to influence their followers when the time comes?
Whatever the case, once I saw the liberal direction that Drudge was going, I stopped visiting his site. I have not visited it even once for well over 3 years now and have no intention of ever going back.

Ann Coulter fell out of favor years ago, and has almost dropped out of sight. Rumor has it that Drudge sold his site, and essentially has become a recluse.
If true, and if the site is run by flaming Liberals today — as it appears to be — that would explain everything.
One other factor. Trump has an enormous ego, and considerable legitimate wealth; and he didn’t need either of them. Indeed, he may have viewed both as lightweights, and with contempt.
