The Search For Sanity Amidst So Much Insanity

27 03 2022

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

First, it was our national elections of 2020, which many Americans view as having been rigged.  Since 1960 when the presidential election was rigged and stolen in Chicago and West Virginia by JFK, the Kennedys and their fellow Democrats, and Chicago crime boss Sam Giancana—with the help of Judith Campbell Exner, who was the mistress of JFK and Giancana, and served as their go-between—the Democrats have honed their theft of elections to a fine art.[2]

And yes, lots of us began as Democrats, but we have watched America’s predominantly-Leftist media fail to report on the criminality of Joe and Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton and so many others.[3]  In turn, this skews election results nationally. Also, the Democrats spent four years trying to impeach Donald Trump, which proved to be reckless, a fiasco, treasonous and fraud unto itself.[4]

Next, we have witnessed the flood of illegal aliens across our southern border, including human traffickers and members of the Mexican drug cartels.  Then, we witnessed rising crime and inflation; and the curtailing of domestic oil production and our dependence on foreign oil again, especially from Russia.  Also, it was the KGB-trained psychopathic megalomaniac Vladimir Putin’s destruction of Ukraine, and the Hitleresque killing of that country’s men, women and children of all ages, which might be the precursor of World War III.[5]

Overnight, each of these events occurred in the midst of China’s deadly Coronavirus pandemic, which has killed or hurt so many millions—physically, psychologically and economically.[6]  To say that we and our counterparts in other countries have been shell-shocked and buffeted by a maelstrom, is not to miss the mark.  All the while, we are attempting to maintain some modicum of sanity, when so much madness swirls around us.

The 40 million Ukrainians are giving the rest of us hope.  May God bless them and their futures.  The mayor of one Ukrainian city may have said it best: “Putin equals Hitler.  Hitler equals Putin.”  History may record that they suffered similar fates, in unmarked graves—which would send up cheers on a global basis.  It is clear that Putin must die, so he is never able to unleash such madness ever again.

Joe Biden is not our President, and Kamala Harris is not our Vice President.  They are incompetent fraudsters, who are the laughingstock of the world; and total or near-total embarrassments wherever they go.  Few believe in them, much less as America’s elected leaders, and ostensibly the leaders of the Free World.  They are pathetic, tragic parodies of what real leaders are.  As Newt Gingrich has said, they have created “psychological moments of sympathy” for the Ukrainians, which is not what they want or need.[7]

Lastly, what about Cyberattacks or EMP attacks against the United States, which might destroy our country and kill millions, while falling short of the long-feared nuclear holocaust that Russia or China might unleash?  Suppose banking, the Internet, gasoline stations, electricity, phones and other essential services are crippled or shut down completely, and we suffer slow but painful deaths as Americans?[8]  That may be the ultimate Insanity, with respect to which we can only hope and pray to God that good triumphs over evil.[9]

RIP Joe Biden And Vladimir Putin

20 03 2022

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

Former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich is one of the most articulate historians and voices of reason in the world.  In a recent podcast dealing with the tragic events in Ukraine, Russia’s KGB-trained killer Vladimir Putin, China’s Xi Jinping, and our collective future as citizens of the world, he made the following points—which are paraphrased here:

•  It is extremely difficult for democracies to confront and defeat evil.  What Vladimir Putin is doing to the people of Ukraine can be characterized as evil, and the Western allied nations must come together to stop him.

•  Putin knows no bounds, and the “civilized world” hasn’t had the courage to confront him and establish bounds.

•  What the Ukrainians are getting from us are “psychological moments of sympathy,” which is not what they want at all, or need.

•  The United States has become pathetically incompetent.  The Biden White House is totally incompetent. The Defense Department is totally clueless.  Never send Kamala Harris anywhere.  She’s like sending a tiny little bunny rabbit to take on a grizzly bear, Putin.

•  If we allow evil to grow, and become acceptable—we’re seeing it at home with crime—we will witness grave dangers.

•  Xi Jinping is, in the long run, a much greater danger than Putin; and one that we’re going to have to deal with.

•  Evil is defeated by superior force.

•  Putin has created a Ukrainian nationalism.

•  The only thing dictators respect is strength.  If we don’t have the courage to stand up to evil, where does it stop?  The West should have eliminated Hitler early on.  The same is true of Putin now.

•  What is concerning is that the Ukrainians may decide that the world will not help them, and they have no choice other than to accept a compromise, in which case Putin will have won and will survive; and we will live in a much more dangerous world.[2]

Gingrich’s conclusions are sobering, because potentially they affect each of our lives.  Having dealt with the effects of China’s deadly Coronavirus pandemic, which are still with us[3], we are faced with the prospects of a global conflagration, or World War III.[4]

Andrew Neil has written a fine article in the UK’s Daily Mail about the tragedy of Vladimir Putin, which is worth reading. In it, he states:

Whatever the military outcome, Putin faces one of only two prospects: his demise, possibly bloody; or a future as an isolated global pariah with whom almost nobody will deal.

. . .

Putin’s mission was to re-establish Russia as a Great Power.  It is one of the ironies of his Ukrainian escapade that not only does its failure mark the beginning of the end for him, it signifies the relegation of Russia from the ranks of the world’s superpowers for at least a decade, if not a generation.”[5]

In the final analysis, it is clear that the Biden-Harris administration is incapable of addressing domestic and world challenges.  And the only question is whether America can survive and recover from their disastrous, traitorous time in office.

Joe Biden is brain dead or very close to it, and a global laughingstock; and Kamala Harris is a total disgrace.[6]  Will his death elevate her into the Oval Office?  Perish the thought.

Terminate Putin Now, And The War In Ukraine May End, And World War III Might Be Avoided

12 03 2022

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

Americans, Europeans and much of the world are shocked by Vladimir Putin’s 21st Century atrocities, and that of his Russian thugs in Ukraine.  Each day this nightmare continues and grows more grotesque, but it follows the pattern of his twisted life.  Twelve years ago, I wrote that it was a mistake to view him as a “Westernized Russian democrat.”  He is a cold-blooded killer, and pure evil—just as evil and sinister as Adolf Hitler, Mao Tse-tung and Joseph Stalin, who murdered millions.[2]

There are so many people in this world who are struggling each and every day to make it, and survive, and to be good neighbors—as China’s Coronavirus pandemic may be winding down, which has killed and hurt millions.  To witness evil like that of Putin adds to the stress and anxiety in their lives.  This is certainly true of mothers who empathize with the victims, but also of fathers whose anger toward Putin and the cruelty of his military is not difficult to fathom or comprehend.

It has been said that Putin’s attack on Ukraine’s capital Kyiv may become his Stalingrad.  The UK’s Daily Mail has summarized that battle as follows:

The battle for Stalingrad was the turning point of the Second World War. After the German invasion of Russia — codenamed Operation Barbarossa, which began in June 1941 — the Wehrmacht continued to head eastward, destroying whole Soviet armies and capturing two million prisoners, most of whom they starved to death.

In Washington and London, leaders wondered gloomily how long the Russians could stave off absolute defeat.

In the spring of 1942, Hitler’s legions drove deeper into the Russian heartland, besieging St Petersburg, over-running the Crimea, and threatening the oilfields of the Caucasus.

The Fuhrer was convinced the Russians were at their last gasp.  He was exultant when in June ‘Operation Blue’ enabled his armies to occupy new swathes of central Russia.

Scenting final victory, Hitler deputed General Friedrich Paulus, a staff officer eager to prove himself as a fighting commander, to lead a dash for the city on the Volga that was named after Stalin, and secure a symbolic triumph, while another German army group swung southwards to grab the oilfields.

Hitler’s top soldiers were appalled by the perils of splitting the Wehrmacht merely to capture Stalingrad, which was strategically unimportant.  Their protests were ignored: the Fuhrer insisted.

Likewise in Moscow, when the German objective became plain, Russia’s dictator Josef Stalin gave the order that ‘his’ city must be held at any cost.  Thus the stage was set for one of history’s most terrible clashes of arms, in which on the two sides more than a million men became locked in strife between the autumn of 1942 and the following spring.

On September 12, the first German troops entered Stalingrad.  From the Kremlin came a new order to the Red Army: ‘Not a step back . . . The only extenuating circumstance is death.’

The first German air attacks killed between 10,000 and 40,000 people — almost as many as died in the entire London blitz. Shellfire and bombs rained down on the city, day after day and week upon week.

Stuka pilot Herbert Pabst wrote: ‘It is incomprehensible to me how people can continue to live in that hell, but the Russians are firmly established in the wreckage, in ravines, cellars, and in a chaos of twisted skeletons of factories’.

General Vasily Chuikov, commanding Stalin’s 62nd Army in the city, wrote: ‘The streets of the city are dead.  There is not a single green twig on the trees; everything has perished in the flames.’

The Russians initially held a perimeter 30 miles by 18, which shrank relentlessly as Paulus’s men thrust forward to within a few hundred yards of the Volga.

Each night, up to three thousand Russian wounded were ferried eastward from the city, while a matching stream of reinforcements, ammunition and supplies reached the defenders.

New units were thrust into the battle as fast as they arrived, to join duels in the ruins that often became hand-to-hand death grapples.

Both sides were chronically short of food and water.  The few surviving civilians suffered terribly, eking a troglodyte existence in cellars.

Some soldiers were reduced to cannibalism in order to stay alive in the ruins of the city as the mercury plunged to -40C.

The bloodiest battle in Second World War came to an end on January 31, 1943 when Field Marshall Paulus surrendered, disobeying the orders of his Fuhrer to kill himself.

Of the 110,000 Germans who surrendered, only 5,000 would survive Stalin’s gulags to return to a defeated Germany.

The battle cost the German army a quarter of everything it possessed by way of material – guns, tanks and munitions.  It was a defeat from which it never recovered and for days afterwards in Berlin all shops and restaurants were closed as a mark of respect.[3]

Again, will Putin’s siege of Kyiv become his Stalingrad, and lead to his demise?  Many Ukrainians remember Stalin’s brutality toward those who came before them, in which an estimated 4 million died; and it is unlikely that they will trust Putin or any Russian.[4]

Assuming that Putin is terminated, will that bring the war in Ukraine to an end?  Likely so.  His cronies who survive may not wish to be targeted for the rest of their lives.  Also, none may be psychopathic megalomaniac killers like Putin.  Will Putin’s death make World War III less likely?  Probably so, unless China’s Xi Jinping is willing to die too, or be viewed as a global pariah for the rest of his life.

We Are All Ukrainians

10 03 2022

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

The story of the Ukrainians’ courageous actions against the savage onslaught of psychopathic megalomaniac KGB-trained killer Vladimir Putin’s Russians is the gist and essence of world history.  It is as though Putin’s life of nonstop butchery happened here and now alone; and he was like a trapped beast that was encircled or surrounded, and his death was necessary and inevitable.  Good versus evil.  Order versus chaos.  Courage versus cowardice.  God versus the Devil incarnate.  They have all arrived at this moment in time, and the world is riveted.  Everything else pales by comparison.[2]

Yes, those of us who are alive have survived China’s Coronavirus pandemic thus far, which has killed or hurt so many physically, psychologically and economically.[3]  Just when it seemed that a light was shining at the end of that dark tunnel, Putin attacked Ukraine and began killing its people and threatening mankind: men, women and children, of all ages and locales.  The Devil had been unleashed; and the Dark Ages seemed to descend on the world again, compliments of one man who was threatening a nuclear holocaust.

To many citizens of the world, it was like a nightmare that continues after one awakens.  A dark and ominous cloud, or a brutal storm that does not pass.  A tornado that keeps coming and coming, and will not go away.  Destroying houses and tall buildings, and creating massive throngs of refugees, and corpses where seconds before there was a human being with hope.  Women whose grief is preyed upon by those who would enslave them, and force them into prostitution.  The wholesale degradation of the human spirit. Hell hath arrived with a mind-numbing thud.

At the very least, Putin will be remembered as one of history’s greatest killers, along with Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin who killed millions.[4]  It is as though he is in the Roman Colosseum watching his gladiators fight to the death, for his sheer enjoyment and amusement, utter delight and pleasure.  Somehow he was transported back in time to feast on the blood of corpses, honestly believing that he would be adored by the multitudes whom he was entertaining.  Yet he will die; that is a given.[5]  And the Ukrainians will have triumphed.[6]  That will be their legacies.

Throw in the insatiable appetite of China’s Xi Jinping for global domination, and the possible plight of the Taiwanese, and we are faced with the possibility of World War III.[7]  Granted, it may be aborted if Putin dies, and dies a horrible death, sending a chilling message to the equally-brutal Chinese leader. Does he want to end up like Putin, a pariah whose life is over, and whose cruelty is ended because he defied an omniscient loving God?[8]

Rabbi Harold S. Kushner wrote a book many years ago entitled, “When Bad Things Happen to Good People.”  The author’s distillation of what he said is that more often than not the bad things that happen are a result of man’s inhumanity to his fellow man.  But where was God in the midst of the most horrific events imaginable, such as the coronavirus, wars and the like?  Why didn’t God prevent them?  God gave men and women free will, for good or evil.  God was present, providing meaning to events that seem so random and unfathomable and hurtful at the time, and giving us the courage to go on, as Rabbi Kushner has written.

The Heroes Of Ukraine May Be Dead Soon

4 03 2022

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

If there is beauty in this world, it is being destroyed. If there is hope in the world, it too is being snuffed out. China’s Coronavirus pandemic has killed millions, and destroyed the hopes and dreams of many who remain behind. Ukraine may be next, with Taiwan after that.

Tragically, Ukraine may fall to the psychopathic megalomaniac Vladimir Putin.  And its heroes—including all who have stayed and fought for their freedoms, such as young mothers—may be slaughtered.[2] Putin is a savage killer, with an unbroken track record that stretches back to his days as a KGB operative in the DDR or East Germany, before the Soviet Union collapsed.

The West is full of weak, woke, feckless, cowardly and sometimes traitorous “leaders,” who are no match for an unbridled killer like Putin.  He doesn’t need to seek anyone’s consent, much less run for reelection in any Western “democratic” sense.  No dictators ever do.  Down through the ages—including the Caesars, Hitler and Stalin—they have unhesitantly and ruthlessly butchered their challengers and opposition.[3]

Presumably Putin thinks of himself in these terms, not as some Westernized “democrat.”  To be facing a weak, corrupt, unprincipled and “mentally-challenged” American President like Joe Biden must be music to his ears.  And to know that the Biden-Harris presidency does not end until January of 2025 is a godsend to him—and to his “senior partner” China’s Xi Jinping, who fancies himself taking over Taiwan at the very least.

How can this gloom-and-doom, pessimistic scenario be changed?  By killing Putin now, and everyone who supports him[4]—which should have begun when the first Ukrainian was killed or hurt, and before he was able to sow so much chaos in the country and globally.  Are we witnessing the fall of civilization, World War III and the reemergence of dark ages?  Lots of Americans and others are asking: where is God in the midst of so much suffering?[5]

World War III Has Begun

1 03 2022

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

Yes, it has been argued that the long-feared World War III has begun already.  But it can be ended now by killing Russia’s psychopathic megalomaniac KGB-trained killer Vladimir Putin.  It is critical to remember, and never forget: cut off the head of a snake, and the snake dies.[2]

The idea of dealing with Putin in the future is naïve.  Like Adolf Hitler before him, he must be removed permanently, having spread savagery and destruction in his path.  He is a cancer on the world, quite literally.[3]  Eliminate him now, and the problem is solved.  No more senseless deaths, injuries or terror.  A cost-effective and humane solution to this tragedy.[4]

We know that Putin has been staying in his “lair” or Versailles-like palace near Sochi.  Seemingly, it should be easy to vaporize that and other locations.[5]  Why should one more Ukrainian die or be injured or suffer in any way, when the problem can be solved?  If such a solution was readily available during World War II when Hitler was killing millions of Jews and others, would we have hesitated?  Why hesitate now?

Many of us served in America’s military, and in our intelligence services.  Isn’t it criminal to witness the deaths and other suffering of Ukrainian children, adults and the elderly—and the waste of so much money—when the solution turns on the elimination of one man, Putin, today’s Hitler?  Osama bin Laden was taken out.[6]  Why not Putin?

Is the world full of pathetic masochists, cowards and traitors, who prefer to suffer or see others suffer?  Again, would we have hesitated with respect to Hitler?  Didn’t the world cheer when Osama bin Laden’s death was announced by Barack Obama?  The opponents of such an approach argue that Putin has nuclear weapons at his disposal, which was not true of Hitler or bin Laden.[7]

Lots of us grew up as elementary school students with nuclear drills in our classrooms, hiding under our school desks and shielding our heads from “falling debris.” And we lived through the Cuban Missile Crisis when JFK and Robert Kennedy almost plunged us into a “nuclear winter” because of their recklessness.[8]

Next, if anything “untoward” should happen to Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy or his family, the world will clamor for Putin’s head on a platter.  It is just that simple; and it may be unstoppable.  The Jewish former comedian and actor has become a global hero, who would be elevated to “sainthood.”[9]  But why wait for something tragic like that to happen?  Putin is a global pariah, who should be buried in an unmarked grave like Hitler.  Nothing less will suffice.  Why wait any longer to dispose of him?  The world will cheer when he is gone.

Lastly, destroy any and all Russian convoys, which should be like shooting fish in a barrel[10]; take no prisoners; and realize that bringing Putin to justice as a war criminal is a waste of time and resources.  Don’t pussyfoot around in destroying him and his ability to wage war anywhere ever again.  Send him on his way to be welcomed at the Godless Gates of Hell by Hitler and other tyrants in history.[11]
