The U.S. Supreme Court Must Be Destroyed As A Governmental Entity

12 12 2020

  By Timothy D. Naegele[1]

Our Supreme Court has rejected the Texas Attorney General’s bid to overturn Joe Biden’s presumptive election victory, in a defeat for our great President, with his three cowardly and despicable appointees to the Court voting against him.[2]

The Supreme Court must be destroyed as a governmental entity.  It has outlived its usefulness, and no longer serves the American people.  Abraham Lincoln took a similar approach during our last Civil War, when he ignored a decision by Chief Justice Roger Taney.[3]  Now we must go farther.

It is unconscionable that the three Trump appointees to the Court—Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett—did not see fit to join Justices Thomas and Alito; and that the latter two Justices signaled that they would not overturn the rigged election results.

None of the 74 million Americans who voted for our great President should ever trust the Court or our judicial system again. We live in a nation that is lawless, and no better than Russia, China, North Korea and other totalitarian systems.

George Orwell was correct when he wrote his prescient “Animal Farm” about the Pigs.[4]  All of the animals were equal until the Pigs reigned supreme and subjugated the other animals.  We are inches away from this happening; and the Supreme Court just dealt a fatal blow to free elections and American justice.

They no longer exist.  They are dead and buried.  And let history record that it happened in Washington, D.C., the modern-day equivalent of Sodom and Gomorrah.[5]

There are reasons to believe that Joe Biden suffers from Dementia, which is progressing.[6]. These are scary times for so many Americans, who have been dying or hurt by China’s Coronavirus (COVID-19).[7].  And our once-admired Supreme Court has turned its back on history, and does not deserve to exist any longer.

As stated previously (footnote omitted):

During the American Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln suspended the right of habeas corpus. John Merryman, a state legislator from Maryland, was arrested for attempting to hinder Union troops from moving from Baltimore to Washington, and he was held at Fort McHenry by Union military officials:

“Federal judge Roger Taney, the chief justice of the Supreme Court . . . issued a ruling that President Lincoln did not have the authority to suspend habeas corpus. Lincoln didn’t respond, appeal, or order the release of Merryman. But during a July 4 speech, Lincoln was defiant, insisting that he needed to suspend the rules in order to put down the rebellion in the South.”

We may be approaching a series of crises in which President Donald Trump will have to act boldly and defiantly, and adopt harsh measures similar to those of Lincoln.

Tim:

Joel Skousen, former USMC (pilot) is a real smart patriot. He has a lot to say about what is going on in his end of year annual video. In it, Joel also offers some examples of what may be coming soon and at least how he intends to deal with it. I agree. We (all) need to take whatever necessary individual steps we can to disengage from the system and become independent at a individual level. ( We need to push-back).

If you don’t wear the mask and get a Covid-19 vaccine, then you probably can expect to gradually be squeezed-out of the economy or regular commerce. Therefore, we need to take steps to insure we retain some control over our lives. Tough medicine for tough times. We have Crossed the Rubicon and there is no going back. Free and Fair elections are now extinct in the U.S.S. of A.

Thank you, Craig, for your comments. It is nice to see you back. I have been taking a break here, and posting on Facebook for the most part. But this evening’s decision by the Court was not expected or appreciated.

I wrote off John Roberts years ago. He is the worst decision that George W. Bush made, other than launching us into the tragic Iraq War in which more than 5,000 Americans died and many more were maimed, and trillions of dollars were wasted, for nothing. He is a cipher and nothing more, who should be hounded for the rest of his life.

However, I had hoped that Clarence Thomas would provide leadership, and produce a 5-4 victory (Thomas, Alito and the three Trump appointees). Needless to say, each and every one of them is a moral coward, and not worth a thimble of warm spit.

Unless Rudy and the Trump team can produce a miracle, quite literally, what you have described may become America’s new reality. China’s communist leadership is salivating tonight; that much is certain.

So many Americans are dead or being turned away from overcrowded hospitals. Also, we have been struggling with this year’s rigged elections; and there are reasons to believe that China influenced them too, with voting machines that were programmed to give “Brain Dead” Joe Biden and Willie Brown’s ho Kamala Harris multi-state victories.

The radical Left has burned our cities; killed or hurt innocent Americans including our police; destroyed black and other businesses; and defaced or destroyed monuments in an effort to erase our history. They are ignorant of the fact that they are handmaidens in the plans of China’s communist rulers to attack us in a myriad of sophisticated and deadly ways.

Aside from the virus that is creating so many deaths and so much suffering in the USA and globally, China has been (1) snuffing out the fledgling democracy in Hong Kong; (2) enslaving/”reeducating” the Uyghurs and other ethnic groups that number at least 1 million; (3) threatening Taiwan and our other allies; (4) waging the savage border war with India, where they just “fried” Indian soldiers with a new EMP weapon, which might be used globally; and (5) seeking global domination.

Approximately 74 million Americans who voted for our great President need to realize that judges are the very worst of the legal profession. With few exceptions, they are lawyers who could not make it in the private practice of law. No American should believe in the Court, our judiciary or elections again.

The do-nothing Republicans are talking about protecting the President’s legacy, and appointing a Special Counsel, which are defeatist nonsense. Guaranteeing him a second term has been needed. Nothing less will suffice. Otherwise, vote against ALL Republicans and Democrats. They do not deserve our votes.

Lastly, now we can appreciate how the victims must have felt when the Mongol hordes swept across Asia, and when Hitler’s Nazis swept through Europe. As China spreads its global domination, who will stop them? Who will even put up a fight?

FALL OF ROME, v. 2.0

Agreed. It would appear it is our turn to suffer indignities and being historically “protected” by two oceans is no defense against collective stupidity either. We are now living in our stupid era. However, the Chinese are not that sophisticated but they are ruthless. Just wait ten more years when they are even stronger and America is much weaker. That would be a dangerous time indeed, for us.

Fact is, the Chinese Military has long wanted to wipe us off the face of the earth. I have no doubt they would openly use biological warfare with diseases much more lethal than Covid-19 and also, a much more improved EMP weapon against us, as well.

In such a scenario, I can easily see 50% + of Americans perishing from disease and starvation once the power grid is “fried” for a year or two. Needless to say, they intend to nuke our military bases at that time, as well. After a “sneaky” first strike, it would be 200 years before we make any noticeable comeback.

My guess is our (corrupt) politicians would knowingly just let it happen too. Then, China realizes it’s dream of global hegemony. Maybe they would even occupy America to help quell eventual rising civil unrest once 40% of all Americans come to realize their Freedoms are gone forever and the political system has betrayed them all. Hope I have passed-on before we meet our end.

Thank you again, Craig, for your comments.

Sometime ago I wrote my EMP Attack article here, which described how only 30 million Americans would survive.

They are winning already, and do not need to risk retaliation. Also, by the time that their Coronavirus has run its course, America will never be the same.

Throw in Brain Dead Joe Biden and Willie Brown’s ho Kamala Harris, and the Chinese success is guaranteed.

BACK TO THE BASICS

Again, I must concur. If our future (over decades, mind you ) is to be so dark ( not just a “long dark winter” ) then we must accept our collective fate and attempt to adapt as best we can. However, we could seek to change the outcome by first changing our contemporary (secular) values back to those traditions which once made America strong ( and blessed ). If we collectively choose to ‘repent’, then we may escape a horrible national disaster (end) from which no previous empire has ever recovered.

Admittedly, it’s a long shot to be sure, but since the Supreme Court no longer has our back, possibly it’s our only shot at much of a future at all. Regardless, we are now stuck in an era of radical authoritarianism and a difficult and austere decade ahead for the majority of working Americans, at least.

So, we are all going to have to resolve to survive as best we can; and I see this as a permanent change away from past consumerism and back to the (economic) basics. We need to look at what worked in the distant past and move forward from here. This is really our only viable option at this juncture.

Voting for “change” from existing political parties and candidates is a complete and futile waste of time. If the people change first, I guarantee the politicians will soon follow ( they NEVER lead ). So, it’s always on “the people” in the end. Only the citizens of America can do it.

Yes, Craig, you may be correct.

My concerns are how deeply the ship sinks, before there is any genuine effort to save her; and whether she may be too far gone for the “relief efforts” to be viable.

Dear Tim:

I am so sorry that you are having to go through what appears to be a coup in real times, by people who care little about the good of the country’s citizens. The refusal of the Supreme Court to hear the matter is odd, though perhaps there were technical issues for not wanting to bypass the role of state legislatures?

The scope of the electoral fraud was massive, and relied on the complicity of the country’s media, both traditional and digital. It is hard to imagine assembling such a collection of diverse actors, without concluding that corruption in the country is pervasive, and supported by the enormous resources of the digital world, which has accumulated obscene amounts of wealth and power in a relatively brief time. The idea that a well informed electorate would even consider placing the power of the US presidency in the hands of a person verging on senility is hard to imagine, and is extremely worrisome.

The voting spikes for one candidate, which took place during and after vote counting was halted, are simply unlikely without some kind of intervention by bad actors. I doubt that anyone, with the possible exception of Mr. Biden, believes that there was not massive electoral fraud. The decision by the Supreme Court to not provide a sober vehicle for weighing explanations for these odd electoral voting patterns has left the results in an untenable, and unbelievable, position. It is hard to imagine many citizens ever again putting their trust in the power of the ballot. Very sad day indeed.

Your northern friend,

Philip

Thank you, Philip. Well said.

I would only add that I have ZERO faith in our Supreme Court, as indicated in my comments above and below. There was no reason to duck the issues, except cowardice. The Court might have done the same thing in 2000, but it didn’t.

Each of the Justices must be targeted, for the rest of their lives. Many or most of the 74 milliion Americans who voted for Donald Trump will never forgive or forget their treachery.

Stay well, and do not take any chances with the virus.

The fact is that the great Abraham Lincoln took a similar position with the Court, and treated it with utter contempt. Read the footnote.

Second, if you have any sense of what the Trump faithful are thinking tonight, and yes advocating, it is far worse than that.

Third, the crimes that Joe and Hunter Biden committed may result in prison for one or both of them, along with Joe’s brother.

Lastly, the un-American racist and anti-Semite Barack Obama and his co-conspirators sought to destroy the candidacy and presidency of Donald Trump from Day One, which is treason. All of them should be in Guantanamo, at the very least.

U.S. Supreme Court Justices Are Worthless, Super-Entitled Hacks, The Very Worst Of The Legal Profession

Government agencies come and go. They have since our great nation began. And yes, all funding of the Supreme Court can and should cease. Nothing less will suffice.

The Court hears only about 80 cases a year, out of about 8,000 Petitions for Certiorari that are received. Otherwise, the Justices are vacationing or giving speeches. No wonder they feel privileged and elite.

They are worthless, super-entitled hacks; the very worst of the legal profession. As I have written previously:

[J]udges . . . are imperfect at best—and often egotistical, callous, mean-spirited, power-hungry, self-righteous, condescending and, yes, incompetent and arrogant. They can smile at you, just as easily as they can slit your throat and never think twice about doing it.

. . .

At the U.S. Supreme Court building in Washington, D.C., there is a statue of “Justice” with blinders on her eyes to depict the impartiality and objectivity that the word justice is supposed to represent. However, another interpretation can be given to the statue; namely, blindness to injustices that occur each and every day in our legal system.

See https://naegeleblog.wordpress.com/2013/07/15/justice-and-the-law-do-not-mix/ (“Justice And The Law Do Not Mix”)

Now they have been exposed for all to see, like the Emperor with no clothes in the folktale by Hans Christian Andersen. They cannot hide anymore; and it is time to end this nonsense.

See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Emperor%27s_New_Clothes (“The Emperor’s New Clothes”)

Each of the Justices should be hounded and shamed for the rest of their lives, which may be miserable and rightly so. They deserve every bit of it. In other countries, they might be shot or brutally murdered, but not in the USA. Public shaming will be adequate.

They failed to act when so many Americans are suffering and, yes, dying from China’s Coronavirus (COVID-19). Each citizen expected his or her vote to be counted, and for our elections to be fair, which they are not. More than 74 million Americans have been disenfranchised and they will never forget it.

The Justices’ criminality stands out in stark relief when Americans realize that as of January 21, 2014, or almost seven years ago, 55 million American babies had been killed since the Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade.

This is more than the number of human beings killed by Hitler’s thugs in the Nazi Holocaust (6 million), in Stalin’s Soviet Holocaust (30 million) and in Mao’s Chinese Holocaust (or its “Great Leap Forward,” 30-40 million). Yet, the Supreme Court Justices have done nothing to stop this slaughter; and they have blood on their hands.

See, e.g., https://naegeleblog.wordpress.com/2012/12/20/abortions-and-autos-kill-more-in-america-than-guns/#comment-3298 (“55 Million American Babies Killed Since Roe v. Wade“) and https://naegeleblog.wordpress.com/2010/02/06/the-silent-voices-of-stalin’s-soviet-holocaust-and-mao’s-chinese-holocaust/ (“The Silent Voices Of Stalin’s Soviet Holocaust And Mao’s Chinese Holocaust”)

At the very least, they are co-conspirators in infanticide.

If the Justices won’t address and rectify massive voting fraud, they certainly will not end the Court-ordered infanticide that has killed so many millions.

Each Justice is a criminal and must be treated as such.

New York is a world unto itself, as you know. I have some insights into it, based on having spent time there on business, and having had an office there.

But most of my views today come from friends who live and work there, and from the media coverage.

Like California with Newsom and Garcetti as the Governor and Mayor of LA, New York has Cuomo and de Blasio. What a foursome, with at least three of the four fancying himself as a future President. 😊

What a world we live in. Stay well and happy.

AG Barr Intervened Directly To Keep Hunter Biden Probe Secret Before The Election {UPDATED]

The “Department of Injustice” (DOJ) and the FBI have been corrupt for decades, and are the moral equivalents of the Soviet Union’s KGB that spawned Russia’s killer Vladimir Putin.  But there was at least a faint hope that the Attorney General Barr was not a member of the criminal cabal or “culture” at the agencies.  That hope has vanished now, and no longer exists.

Barr, the FBI Director Christopher Wray, former FBI Directors Robert Mueller and James Comey, and a cast of traitors a mile long should be prosecuted, convicted and imprisoned at Guantanamo (or someplace similar) for the rest of their lives.  Nothing less will suffice if the American people are to believe in U.S. justice ever again.

And yes, each and every Justice of the Supreme Court is complicit.

BACK IN THE U.S.S.R.

FBI, NSA, CIA = KGB

All these government agencies are capable of being compromised or corrupted and politicized by any administration, as well. Power corrupts absolutely. Just wait until the FED comes out with their own FED (digital) Dollar on a blockchain and see how much privacy or freedom is left afterwards.

You have about another 5-7 years until 5G cellphone systems are up and running everywhere. After that, no place to hide, no place to run. Total control by the State, just like Communist China today.

Thank you, Craig.

Yes, you are correct: “All these government agencies are capable of being compromised or corrupted and politicized by any administration, as well.”

However, the DOJ and FBI have been corrupt for decades, and represent an insidious “culture” unto themselves.

I cited four of my previous articles in my latest comments above. Each of these articles has extensive comments beneath them, which name and detail the “bad actors” and their many crimes. In a very real sense, they represent a “government” unto themselves, or what is referred to correctly as the “Deep State.”

This is among the many reasons why a second term for President Trump has been so critical. He is the consummate outsider who came in asking “why?” and rightly so.

You may be correct with respect to the Fed; and I have had a 5G phone for sometime now.

And yes too, I loved the Beatles and still love their music; and I remember that album well. 🙂

CORRUPTION AND THE “RULE OF LAW”

“Rule of Law” has always been, at least in a practical sense, whatever the Government deems it to be, that is, whatever happens to be in the best interests of the Federal Government at any particular time. People talk about a “living constitution” but the truth is law is a concept that can and does shift around over time. Thus, “Rule of Law” is a construct, albeit a mobile one which often mirrors political and social trends over time.

Judicial activism and politics have quite a bit of influence over the courts, as well. Today, we see plenty of evidence of official corruption in high places. The entire government apparatus is now geared to two very important considerations: Protecting Joe and Hunter Biden and Knee-capping Donald Trump so he can not win reelection in Nov. 2024, less than one year from now.

So, It would take nothing less than a miracle for President Donald Trump to win his second term, which is historically rare. Grover Cleveland is the ONLY President to serve one term and later come back after a 4-year break (1893). Odds are against it happening with any candidate. So, I would not hold my breath for any Republican win.

The Middle Class already “under the gun”, would suffer even more losses if the Democrats hold onto power or gain power, allowing the rest of their “Build Back Better” ( & Climate Change ) agenda to be implemented. Net result of BBB = Much Higher taxes or other costs for everything ( essentials such as food, shelter, transportation, fuel, etc.)

You neglected to mention World War III. Russia is likely to prevail in Ukraine, as the West gives up on Zelensky and Vladimir Putin prevails. Xi Jinping and China are moving against us everywhere, including Cuba. And if brain-addled Joe is reelected, may Heaven help all of us.

Our kids and grandchildren — of both sexes — are likely to be drafted, because our military is not up for a fight over Taiwan, much less anywhere else. And of course Kim Jong-un and North Korea stand in the wings, ready to move as well.

These are perilous times, as we know; and the Democrats will do anything and everything to retain power . . . even killing Donald Trump, if necessary, like Lincoln and JFK were killed.

WINNER TAKES ALL

I forgot to mention that President Biden wants a orderly processing of inbound migrants, not detention. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) suggested on the Senate floor that illegal immigrants should be able to earn U.S. citizenship by serving in the military. What happens if Trump were to die under suspicious circumstances next year or if President Joe Biden is somehow reelected, given his abysmally low poll numbers.

I can see a potential for massive civil unrest in the Red States, at least. How hard would the authorities crack-down on MAGA protestors in that event? Would a military populated by Third World foreigners (migrants) fire on native Americans if so ordered? Would they throw the protestors in jail and hold them indefinitely as with the Jan. 6 “Insurrection” under the auspices of a National Emergency ? Looks like all the marbles are up for grabs in 2024.

Yes, indeed, Craig. A recipe for chaos, not unlike our last Civil War.

Also, the rank-and-file Democrats hate Trump with a passion not seen since their hatred of Richard Nixon. As we will recall, he won by a landslide and then was ousted.

Previously, I cited attending a college reunion and meeting a dear friend’s wife for the first time. She was very cordial until I mentioned Donald Trump’s name. Then, if looks could kill, I’d be dead now.

They hate him; and no punishment is too harsh for him, or so they believe.

. . .

Next, and I know it is like a “third rail,” too hot to touch in the USA. However, Israel has engaged in genocide; and I am very surprised that a new Osama Bin Laden has not emerged, and launched a nation-ending WMD attack against it. Surely, nuclear weapons can be obtained from Pakistan, at the very least.

Lastly, here’s the latest disaster.

HATE BEGETS HATE & CONFLICTS GALORE

Today, we are living in an era of hate and growing conflicts at virtually all levels in society both at home and abroad. No candidate is going to be a “uniter” as President Obama initially once promised to be in 2008. Once elected, the real president Obama became apparent.

Once again, the Democrats are again seeking to further divide and rule ( Divide et impera- Julius Caesar). President Trump was equally divisive in an opposite sense, due largely to his demeanor or “personality”. Policies count little with most voters by comparison.

Voters where I live don’t pay close attention to the major policy issues or care about national anything, except possibly the effects of inflation upon their wallets, of course. As the old saying goes: “All politics is local”. What I see in places like Glendale is the realization that the Biden People are busy at work. Nary a Republican or conservative to be found in L.A. County, California.

That can’t be good for either consumers or property owners at large during a second term in-office should he run again and be reelected. So, I view the national momentum or inertia as decidedly to the downside. The only reprieve we had was 2017-2020.

Sadly, President Trump was another “too little, too late” situation. You could say the same thing about the South American Trump, President Javier Milei of Argentina. While he inspires hope, the Empire will strike back, as it did in Brazil. South America has a decided leftward leaning, as we now do in North America, as well.

If you want to realize any real improvements at your personal level then relocation to a Blue State away from either coast is probably your best and only remaining real option. Voting & elections are no longer “working” due to all the corruption in BOTH political parties. Fall of Rome v 2.0

Thank you again, Craig. Please reread the first article that began this blog.

See https://naegeleblog.wordpress.com/2009/12/05/is-barack-obama-a-racist/ (“Is Barack Obama A Racist?”)

I did my best to be objective. But it was clear that Barack Obama was and is a racist and anti-Semite. He hated the Apartheid in South Africa, and equated Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians and others with South Africa.

Moreover, Joe Biden’s administration is “Barack Obama-lite,” or “Barack Obama 2.0.” It is being run by the Obama “true believers.” Indeed, if Michelle Obama replaces Biden, most will be very happy.

. . .

It is my fervent hope that Donald Trump is reelected, and that he picks Sarah Huckabee Sanders as his Vice President — who is a Trump loyalist and will carry on his policies.
